Clean and Comfortable Rooms: The rooms at the hostel were clean, comfortable, and provided all necessary amenities. It felt like sleeping in a cozy cloud, with crisp bed linen and a shared bathroom that was well-maintained.

Language Barrier: Receptionist's limited English proficiency made communication a bit challenging.

The location of the hotel was appreciated by many guests, as it was centrally located and convenient for exploring the area. Additionally, some guests mentioned that the beds and pillows were comfortable, offering a decent night's sleep despite other issues. Another positive aspect was the availability of lockers, although some guests reported that they were not always functional.

One negative aspect mentioned by guests was the lack of cleanliness throughout the hotel, including mold, stains, and a generally dirty environment.

The location was great, right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore and discover nearby attractions. the price was affordable, which was a plus for our Christmas budget. We also appreciated the decent Wi-Fi connection that allowed us to stay connected with our loved ones during the holiday season.

Our stay at this hotel was far from enjoyable. the rooms were dirty and lacked privacy, as the doors wouldn't close properly.

Great location, just a short walk from the city center and close to public transportation. The staff was friendly and accommodating, always willing to help with any questions or concerns. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a nice view of the city skyline. The hotel also offered free Wi-Fi and breakfast included in the price, which was a convenient and pleasant surprise.

The cleanliness of the bathrooms could have been better. There was a persistent odor and often a shortage of toilet paper.

The hostel is conveniently located, with several attractions within walking distance such as Palacio do Comercio, Chiado, and Feira da Ladra. There are also nice coffee places and restaurants nearby. the lady at the reception is friendly and welcoming, providing good service to guests.

The hostel lacks proper cleanliness, with reports of bedbugs and a strong smell of mold in the bathrooms.

The location of the hotel was ideal, with easy access to public transportation and nearby attractions. the beds were reasonably comfortable and provided a decent night's rest.

The hotel fell short in several areas. the lack of electrical sockets near the beds was frustrating, as it made it difficult to charge devices conveniently.

I recently stayed at a lovely hotel in Lisbon. My stay was for 5 days and it was a leisure trip. The hotel was well located and easy to find. The highlight of my stay was the elderly lady who worked at the hotel - she was kind and made my experience enjoyable. The property itself was clean and well-maintained. The staff spoke multiple languages, making communication easy. The atmosphere was fun and lively. If I ever visit Lisbon again, I would definitely choose this hotel.

    Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The value for money at this hotel was unbeatable. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was incredibly convenient, with easy access to public transportation and plenty of nearby dining and shopping options. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to assist me during my stay.

Breakfast items could have been more varied or provide more options.
